Our sandwiches are made daily using our very own, freshly-baked ciabatta. Most our meats are either organic or hormone- and antibiotic-free. Tomatoes are marinated overnight with basil and garlic then slow roasted to create sweetness. Onions are caramelized throughout the week, chutney and compotes are made in-house, fresh herbs are utilized for salads, and fantastic, fresh Anchorage-grown sprouts. Our sandwiches are great for catered lunches and we’ll be happy to prepare side salads as well, please call in advance to place an order.

Turkey, Apple, Chutney & Cheddar | Our signature sandwich, if you will – one we just can’t “kick off the island.” Turkey, Granny Smith slices, a nut-free apple and onion-based chutney (Osa’s secrete recipe), Dubliner cheddar, and a drizzle of olive oil on the bread.

Brie, Apricot, Sprouts & Walnuts | Our newest vegetarian sandwich – thick slices of brie, house-made organic apricot compote, Anchorage-grown sprouts, and roasted walnuts.

Mozzarella, Roasted Tomato & Avocado | A hearty dose of fresh mozzarella, house-made roasted tomatoes, avocado, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Prosciutto, Fig Compote, Manchego & Pecans | Sliced prosciutto, house-made fig compote, Manchego, roasted pecans, and butternut lettuce.

Organic Chicken Pecan Salad & Avocado | Our biggest seller – a salad composed of roasted organic chicken breasts, apples, pecans, celery, green onions, fresh parsley, chutney, and mayo. Complete with slices of avocado and a drizzle of olive oil on the bread.

Herb Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato | Bacon, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, sliced herb turkey, and aioli.

Beet, Spinach & Chevre | Thick slices of roasted beets, fresh spinach, a spread of chevre, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Roasted Vegetable & Cheddar | Roasted yams, Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, red cabbage, caramelized onions, Dubliner cheddar, and aioli.

Roast Beef, Horseradish & Roasted Tomato | Slices of roast beef, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, lettuce, and a horseradish-spiked cream cheese spread.

Avocado Salad | A salad of diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, jicama, radishes, green onions, cilantro, and lime. Topped with lettuce and a drizzle of olive oil on the bread.
