Focaccia is a soft, traditional, Italian flat bread. Made with a blend of organic flours, our Focaccia is made with predominantly whole wheat flour. A breakfast Focaccia featuring ham, cheddar & potato is baked every morning, followed by a baker’s choice Focaccia in the afternoon (pictured).
