Our croissant recipes and techniques are constantly adjusted to create what we think are some of the best croissants to be had. Anywhere. Our organic flours, both white and whole wheat, give our croissants a more whole grain flavor.
Traditional | Need we describe the buttery goodness? Our customers that travel the world tell us they no longer need to bring croissants home in their luggage.
Pain au Chocolat | Our traditional croissant dough filled with European sticks of dark chocolate.
Savory Croissants (Ham & Cheddar or Vegetarian) | Black Forest ham and Dubliner cheese and either a spinach/feta or mushroom/herb/Gouda for the vegetarian croissant.
Danishes (Berry with Cheese or Frangipane) | Each day we make Danishes with berries and a sweet cream cheese filling or frangipane (a combination of pastry and almond cream).
Monkey Bread | Our croissant dough rolled in cinnamon and brown sugar. Come early for they sell out fast.
