Muffins
With the exception of the lemon poppy seed, all our muffins are made with some percentage of whole-wheat or high-extraction flour (in laymen’s terms, high-extraction flour lies somewhere between whole-wheat and white bread flour). All are hearty and not overly sweet.
Blueberry, Sunflower Seed & Bran | Hands down our best selling muffin. It’s sweet from the berries, nutty from the toasted seeds, complex and bran-healthy.
Banana Walnut Fig | 100% high-extraction flour, bananas, roasted walnuts, chopped dried figs, and a touch of cinnamon. Contains eggs and butter but no other dairy.
Toasted Bran | This is a great, healthy, filling breakfast. Low in sugar and filled with bran.
Morning Glory with Pecans | A muffin made with equal parts white and whole-wheat flours, grated carrots, pecans, shredded coconut, and raisins.
Apple, Raisin & Walnut | An insane amount of chopped fresh apples and raisins make this our fruitiest muffin.
Lemon Poppy Seed | The addition of extra virgin olive oil makes this a unique lemon poppy seed treat.
Ginger Pumpkin | Spurred by an over-order of Thanksgiving pumpkin puree, this a 100% whole wheat, dairy free (love that olive oil), crystallized ginger, and organic pumpkin muffin was created.
