How do we do it you may ask? Is it our small batches made quickly? The buckwheat flour? Tanginess of Nancy’s low fat yogurt? The hearth’s heat creating the near caramelization and the crusty cheese? High-quality additions such as organic, unsulphured dried apricots or THE best dried cherries ever?

Raspberry Lemon | Our signature scone that’s been on the menu since day one – our scone dough with lemon curd and raspberries.

Apricot Fennel | An unexpected addictive combination of fennel and apricots. If you like fennel seeds, this is a must.

Ginger Toasted Oat | The newest addition to out scone list – our scone dough with crystallized ginger and maple syrup-toasted oats. Plain and delicious.

Berrt & Maple Toasted Oat | Our scone dough with maple syrup-toasted oats and blueberries or blackberries.

Currant Pecan | Currants, toasted pecans, and buckwheat flour.

Fig Walnut | Dried figs, toasted walnuts, and buckwheat flour.

Cherry Almond | Dried cherries, toasted almonds, and buckwheat flour.

Savory | These scones contain less sugar than the others. Daily flavors are typically a combination of Dubliner cheddar, Black Forest ham, bacon, caramelized apples, fresh chives, and/or black pepper.
