This is a fundraiser to help send Carlyle to The Southern Foodways Allliance Fall Symposium in Oxford, Mississippi. This is an incredible opportunity for Carlyle to connect and explore the diverse food cultures of the American South. Our hopes are that he'll come back refreshed with new ideas and a thick charming southern accent.

The dinner will be inspired by Carlyle's background (hailing from South Carolina) and will center around the humanely raised pork of Robert Greg At Harmony Acres in Wasilla, AK. The menu will feature pulled pork, ribs, cornbread, collards, coleslaw, banana pudding, ice tea and mint julips.
